Fair process – Modules 2 and 3

Refresher training is recommended every three years for Fair Process.  There is real value in gaining a sense of a collegiate culture across all areas of an organization by getting managers to sit together and discuss the one thing they all have in common:  managing staff.

The refresher training is two hours long and is based on working through real life situations to gain a practical understanding of processes required by tribunals and to deliver a consistent response across the organization.

Fair Process 3 (the second refresher) allows for organisations to provide their own cases to work through.
